Eugene is a city that offers a range of neighborhoods with different characteristics. There are neighborhoods where hipsters thrive, preppy places, areas where college kids hang out, and communities considered ghettos. Although Eugene is ranked as one of the best places to live in Oregon due to its entertainment and job opportunities, some neighborhoods are considered less safe than others.

In this context, we will use Saturday Night Science to determine Eugene’s most dangerous neighborhoods and those requiring more attention. We analyzed 21 neighborhoods in Eugene to find out which ones are the least safe. Although it is impossible to expect all neighborhoods to be perfect, Crest Drive stands out as the best neighborhood in Eugene.
