Colorado Seeks to Use Medicaid Waiver Funds for Food and Housing Assistance to Improve Health
According to an article in CBS News, Colorado is considering using Medicaid funds to cover food and housing expenses, not just healthcare, following new permissions from the Biden administration. Jake Williams from Healthier Colorado highlights that your living conditions and diet greatly influence your health, making it sensible to utilize a Medicaid waiver for these needs.
