Alabama State Department of Education Horrified by the Allegation Against Employee
The Alabama State Department of Education stated in their interview how serious, tragic, and horrifying the allegations are against their former employee, Mr. Wagner aged 32, who allegedly abused a student under 12. The Alabama State Department of Education has expressed its displeasure and immediately terminated the contract of Mr. Wagner despite only working for a few months.
According to the court documents, Marty Decole Wagner, 32, allegedly subjected a child under the age of 12 to sexual contact. Mr. Wagner was charged on June 30 by the Montgomery grand jury and arrested on Wednesday,
In the statement of Alabama Political Reporter, Wagner, 32, had been employed by the state Department of Education in government relations until his arrest.
