Residents in Montgomery County need to call the JFS investigation and recovery unit at 937-225-6035 to start the process of getting their benefits replaced. Ohio now has a way to replace benefits that were stolen electronically, and victims must apply for replacement benefits and request a new EBT card through their county agency.
