In Scottsdale, there are different neighborhoods according to RoadSnacks. Some are safer than others. We looked at 10 neighborhoods to see which ones are less safe. Even though Scottsdale is generally nice, some areas need more attention to make them safer.

10 Scottsdale Riskiest Zones

Downtown Scottsdale

In Downtown Scottsdale where about 3,200 people live the average home costs around $499,000, which is not so good compared to other areas. People here also earn less money with a median income of about $74,000.

Indian Bend

Indian Bend has the most people among these neighborhoods with nearly 55,000 residents. But the homes here are not as valuable with a median price of about $254,000 the worst among these areas. People also earn less money here with a median income of about $59,000, also the worst.

East Shea

East Shea has around 4,500 people living there. The homes here are not cheap either with a median price of about $602,000, ranking it among the bottom areas. People’s incomes are also not so high with a median of about $103,000.

Via Linda Corridor

Via Linda Corridor has about 7,600 residents. Like East Shea, the homes here are not cheap, with a median price of about $602,000. People’s incomes are also not great with a median of about $84,000.

Via Linda Corridor

McCormick Ranch is home to around 15,500 people. The median home price here is about $444,000 which is not so good compared to other areas. People’s incomes here are also lower with a median of about $93,000.

Resort Corridor

Resort Corridor is home to about 4,100 people. The homes here are not too expensive with a median price of about $377,000. However, people’s incomes are not very high either with a median of about $95,000.

Monterey Arcadia

Monterey Arcadia has nearly 24,000 residents. Homes here are quite pricey with a median value of about $708,000 ranking it among the least affordable areas. People’s incomes here are also not high with a median of about $72,000.

West Cactus

West Cactus has about 8,000 residents. The homes here are among the most expensive with a median price of about $768,000. People’s incomes here are also not very high with a median of about $104,000.

Airpark

Airpark is home to around 2,300 people. The homes here are quite pricey too with a median value of about $733,000. People’s incomes here are not among the highest either with a median of about $119,000.

Sonoran Regional Core

Sonoran Regional Core has about 3,900 residents. Homes here are also not cheap, with a median price of about $673,000. People’s incomes here are also not very high, with a median of about $129,000.
