Denver Cops Catch Person Accused of Setting Fires in Downtown Littleton

According to Denver 7 crime news report, Late on November 17, a building under construction on Main and Prince Street in downtown Littleton caught fire, spreading to a nearby four-story apartment building. The blaze forced six families to evacuate, facing displacement due to the destructive incident.

Arson Suspect Apprehended: James Daigle in Custody for Charges

After a careful investigation, Littleton Police identified James Daigle as the suspect, obtaining an arrest warrant on December 11. Denver Police successfully arrested Daigle on Thursday, charging him with second-degree arson, criminal trespass, mischief, and reckless endangerment.

Firefighters Halt Spread: Challenges in Controlling Downtown Littleton Blaze

Despite the intense fire, sixty firefighters swiftly responded, preventing the flames from spreading further. However, water damage prompted evacuations in six units, highlighting the difficulties faced in controlling the destructive impact of the downtown Littleton fire.
