This means they might take longer to respond to emergencies, investigate crimes, and Americans might not trust them as much. Getting more officers is really important to make sure everyone feels safe.

Police in Idaho are slow to use new technology. This means they’re using old systems and don’t know how to use new tools for solving crimes. This makes their job harder and can make it tougher to catch criminals. It’s important for them to learn about new technology and use it to keep people safe.

In some cities like Pocatello and Caldwell police have a tough time balancing stopping crimes and working with the community. They don’t have enough resources like money and people to do both well. Building trust with the community and stopping crimes are both important, so it’s tough when they can’t do both.
