Macy‘s agreed to pay $10.5 million to settle a lawsuit about their CVC Sheets. People said Macy’s sheets were labeled with a higher thread count than they really had. This made customers think the sheets were better quality than they actually were. Macy’s denies doing anything wrong but agreed to settle the case to avoid more legal trouble.
