The settlement of a lawsuit between Vee Pak, a cosmetic product manufacturer, and certain agencies they partner with, is a significant development. The agreement includes three distinct employment agencies connected to Vee Pak. In order to be eligible for the funds, you must provide proof that you are Black, your Social Security number, and evidence that you were rejected from Vee Pak during the designated period of time. To be eligible for payment, your claim must be submitted by March 22. By the same day, you must notify Vee Pak if you intend to suit them later on your own.
