New York Farm Bureau Backs Farmer Tax Credit Change to Benefit Agricultural Workforce
According to NEWS10 ABC, in Albany politicians from different parties are working together on a farmer tax credit to help farmers in New York. They want to change a law to give farmers their farmer tax credit when they build houses for their workers. Right now the farmer tax credit only gives tax breaks for things like building barns for animals but not for houses for Americans who work on the farms. This change is supported by the New York Farm Bureau a group that helps farmers.
