According to a published article on Fox 31, the approval of SB24-146 by the Senate Finance Committee is a big win for renters in Colorado. This bill championed by Sen. Chris Hansen offers a tax credit to help renters cope with the high cost of housing. It targets those with lower incomes making sure they get the support they need to afford a place to live.
