Alex Murdaugh was arrested after he asked for prescription meds.
The Orange County Sheriffs handcuffed Alex Murdaygh and searched the suspect outside the Orlando Rehab Facility on two felony warrants. The camera footage shows Alex Murdaugh pleading for his prescription medications, and it shows that the police were pulling personal effects, which are Benadryl and chewing tobacco. Fox News Digital captured the footage on October 14 around 11 a.m.
A month earlier, Mardaugh’s wife and son had been killed outside their family lodge. Las March. Mardaugh was convicted to life imprisonment for the death of his wife and son.

When Murdaugh requested a blue pill which is for stomach problems, then the officers gave the pill, passed it to him, and gave him water for him to able to swallow.
Mardaugh’s attorney, Jim Griffin, told ABC 4 that he believed that the pill helped the suspect deal with the side effects of opioid withdrawal; the attorney said that the suspect had destructive diarrhea issues, and he thought that was the purpose of the medication.
Alex Murdaugh pleaded guilty to 100 charges, and he was accused of stealing 10 million dollars from various organizations in addition to killing his wife and son. He was ordered to pay 1.8 million dollars to different parties.
