Clearly whoever wrote this article isn’t from San Diego. Midtown? No way. East Village only b/c of homeless. Cortez Hill, no way. Barrio Logan is sliding, thank you Mr Mayor
So sad, I loved SD for my entire life. Had to get out to feel I had any rights. Exit Ca!!

Firstly, these are the areas that people of color were “ALLOWED “ to live in so of course they are labeled “THE WORST “ places to live in San Diego. They aren’t… they are the economically deprived areas if that’s what you mean by worst?? These were the redlined areas. Call it what it is and help these areas thrive instead of continually bad-mouthing them.
