Authorities stated that the Norwalk man allegedly engaging in sexual misconduct with minors will not be charged due to a lack of evidence.
Norwalk Man Will Not be Charged
As per the report by ABC7, the Orange County District Attorney has confirmed that charges will not be pressed against Daniel Alvarez, a 44-year-old man from Norwalk. The reason cited for this decision is the absence of sufficient evidence to support the allegations.
On July 25th, investigators were alerted to sexual misconduct committed by a Norwalk man toward a student during a summer camp. Fortunately, the guards were informed about the incident.

Norwalk Man Accused of Lewd Acts on Minor
According to a report from CRICBONGO, the Norwalk man was arrested for grabbing a minor from behind and touching their private area in the wave pool during the summer camp at Knott’s Soak City. Fortunately, the lifeguards and security guards were notified of this misconduct and immediately reported it to the police.
Teenagers who attended the summer camp and saw what the Norwalk man did has spoken to Eyewitness News and stated that the Norwalk man was taking a video of minors underwater and even followed a minor to the bathroom. The teenagers added that the actions of the Norwalk man were very sickening.
