Suspect of Lewiston Shooting Found Dead with Self-Inflicted Wound
According to ABC News, Robert Card, the suspect in the Lewiston shooting that took place in a bowling alley and a restaurant on October 25 has killed 18 people. Two days later after the Lewiston shooting took place, the police found his body with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Reports about the suspect emerged that the 40-year-old man had spent weeks in a psychiatric hospital and was amassing weapons at the same time.

Maine’s Congressional Delegation Calls for Army Investigation of Lewiston Shooting
NBC News reports that the members of the Maine delegation called for the Department of the Army Inspector General to investigate the Lewiston shooting following a meeting with the families of the victims.
The delegation also stated that the Army officials have informed them that there will be an administrative investigation into the Lewiston shooting and what led to the suspect’s death. Moreover, the officials also stated that a separate, independent, concurrent investigation would be conducted in order to dig deeper into the Lewiston shooting.
