1. Park

There are both bad times and nice things in Park, California, a town of 26,331 people. This is how much Park’s average home costs: $113,358. The average income in the area is $33,773, and the typical rent is $895. But 9.0% of Park’s people are jobless, which is bad for the economy. With a crime rate of 8567/100,000, the community needs to keep up with safety and security operations. Park keeps its own character as people balance economic needs with the well-being of the community.

2. Civic Center

14,864 people in Civic Center, Stockton, face this problem every day. They have different issues. The average home price in this market is $99,340, making it easy for people to buy a home.
