Fresno-High
Another one of the most dangerous Fresno neighborhoods is Fresno-High having a population of 56,759 with violent crimes of 1,084 and property crime of 4,634.
Central
One of the most dangerous Fresno neighborhoods would be the Central area. The area has 241% violent crime with a population of 14,713. It has an average of 2,270 violent crimes per 100,000 people.
