The Covington Police Department is looking for people they believe are responsible for vandalizing several vehicles.
Flat Tires and Vandalized Vehicles in Tennessee Still on Search
On November 4, officers were dispatched to the area of Frye Cove and Rose Street in response to a call reporting many automobiles that had been vandalized. When the police arrived, they found a total of 10 flat tires on six different vehicles. These tires had been pierced by sharp objects. A youngster who was identified by an unnamed witness as knowing the vandalism was questioned by the Chicago Police Department (CPD).
The minor denied having any role in the crime, but he did live in the neighborhood where the tires were cut. Officers are currently conducting a search of the area for potential suspects and are seeking to acquire security footage of the area. Calling the Criminal Investigations Division at the number 901-475-1261 is requested of anyone who may have information on these cases. In addition, tips can be provided through the Facebook message of the Covington Police Department or on the website of the City of Covington.
