Sexually Assaulting A Mentally Disabled Child In The Woods
The ‘Wish me luck’ rapist c, an 18-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree felony rape of a child under the age of 13. David Michael Heck was arrested last October. The police said he was forcing the mentally disabled child to perform sexual acts. Two witnesses reported to the police that they saw David Michael Heck naked in a wooded area with a child, according to the published report from the WJAC Staff.
The two witnesses told investigators that they were walking at that time and spotted a naked Heck in the woods with a little boy. When the two witnesses saw David Michael Heck they confronted him but he just leave and got on his bike and fled the scene. The two witnesses approached the child and it was crying. The child reported to the two witnesses that David Michael Heck was forcing him to engage in oral sex activities against his will.
‘Wish me luck’ rapist David Michael Heck threatened the child’s safety if he will report to anyone what happened. The victim’s mother told the investigators that David Michael Heck went to their home and said he was a 14-year-old and was a friend of his son asking if he can bring the little boy to play outside. When the victim went outside he told he didn’t know Heck but the suspect told that the little boy didn’t recognize him because of his new look. ‘Wish me luck’ rapist David Michael Heck has been in the Centre County Correctional Facility since October and will be transferred to a state prison to serve out his sentence.
