U.S Government Contractor Was In Possession Of A Top-Secret Security Clearance, Giving Him Access To Sensitive Data
According to VOA News, Abraham Teklu Lemma, an Ethiopian national, and a U.S government contractor with the Departments of State and Justice was in possession of a top-secret security clearance, giving him access to sensitive data.
According to court records, he is accused of sending satellite imagery, pictures, and maps to a foreign government through an encrypted messaging app.
The U.S government contractor is suspected of spying for an unnamed nation, and a Justice Department official declined to comment. However, the records do mention that he has been going back and forth over the previous 1.5 years to a nation where he has family links.

He allegedly downloaded information to CDs and DVDs and copied it from dozens of intelligence reports.
