A Brooklyn homeowner is very, very, very tired of people parking in front of their house.

In a big city or a suburb, having people parking in front of your home can be annoying. A homeowner in Brooklyn, they’re so tired of it, that they’ve hung over 75 “No Parking” signs (at approximately $30 per sign) and 51 security cameras surveying the front of their home.
The owner wouldn’t answer the door for FOX 5 reporters, but the issue seemed to be people parking on the street and blocking their driveway. The issue appeared to be so frequent, that the plethora of signs warning not to park there seems justifiable.
The disorganized signage and army of cameras attract people from all over the city, and it has become quite the spectacle. Residents say a sign or two is fine, but over 70 is a bit unnecessary.
“Either this person has a really good sense of humor, or they are just fed up with someone blocking their driveway constantly,” said a visitor who saw the house on Facebook.
Others say common sense would negate the need for cameras and signs
One resident, who said parking is horrible in that particular stretch of the neighborhood, thinks the signs are a great idea.
“I think it’s justified,” he told the camera. “It’s hard to get parking. And they have to do what they have to do to secure their parking spot.”
Neighbors told reporters their neighbor is quiet, and that they keep to themselves.
Viewers think the owner is rightfully fed up
“If people were civilized, then there would be no need for signs,” wrote a viewer, earning 319 thumbs up.
Others noted it wasn’t a parking spot people were taking, but illegally blocking a driveway.
“I certainly wouldn’t want anyone blocking my driveway, either,” wrote another.
Someone else wrote they were in a similar situation.
“I feel the pain of this homeowner. Living next to a busy street, my driveway is being blocked every single day,” they wrote. “It’s okay if the driver sits there, but no, some walk away as if it’s their parking space. And if you call the cops, they arrive hours later.”
