Nebraska Football Player Arrested for 2nd Time
According to USA Today, Arik Gilbert, a Nebraska football player, has once again been arrested for another burglary charge for the second time in less than three weeks.
The Nebraska football player’s latest arrest, he was charged with smash-and-grab burglary and obstruction of officers. Meanwhile, the first arrest of the Nebraska football player occurred on August 29; he allegedly robbed a liquor and vape shop where he was accused of stealing $1,600 worth of cigars and vape pens.

Nebraska Football Player’s Coach Expresses Disappointment in Player
Clutch Points reports that the coach of the Nebraska football player, Matt Rhule, expresses his disappointment and sadness for Arik Gilbert and his family. He also stated in his statement that the Nebraska football player had been doing good for a while until the camp when he showed some struggles.
The coach and the other Nebraska football players tried to help Gilbert and were just disappointed when Gilbert was once again arrested.
Nebraska, where the Nebraska football player belonged, is set to host the Northern Illinois on Saturday.
