Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani has blasted federal prosecutors for conducting a “fishing expedition” against him and Donald Trump in the hopes of finding a charge that will stick.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani Blasted The Federal Prosecutors

As per the report of Daily Mail, the claim, made in an interview on Sunday, comes just days after the former attorney pleaded not guilty to subverting the 2020 election in Georgia, and just days after a federal judge ruled against him in a defamation complaint brought by two poll workers.

Aside from smearing the already tarnished Republican’s face, the ruling smacked him with a $132,000 legal fee charge, which was automatically imposed when he failed to turn over evidence in the case.

Furthermore, the verdict was delivered by a familiar face on January 6 Judge Beryl Howell, who noted in her 57-page ruling that Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, 79, gave only a fraction of the financial data [that were] necessary to be produced.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s justifications for suppressing them, Howell wrote at the time, did not make sense – though Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Sunday contradicted those charges with his own narrative, claiming that the authorities had already spent up to $20 million trying to bring him down.

According to MSN, after facing a criminal indictment and a defamation action in Georgia, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani suggested that there could be “other crimes” that he has not been charged with.

Former New York Mayor discussed a case in which he was found guilty of defaming Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss with Newsmax host Lidia Curanaj on Sunday.

According to the former New York mayor, up to $20 million was spent on law firms to bring him down.
