Suspect in the Milwaukee Shooting Incident Has Been Taken Into Custody

A Milwaukee shooting incident suspect at a 76th and Silver Spring gas station on Monday, July 3 has been identified and taken into custody after 9 days in which he faced three felonious offenses.

Claims against Parish

According to the locals, Milwaukee police were called to a gas station near 76th and Silver Spring for a shooting incident on July 3. The police officers found a man who suffered from multiple gunshots and recovered eight 9mm casings, and numerous bullet holes in the victim’s vehicle upon arriving at the scene at 1 in the morning.

Investigators for the shooting incident claim that the 17-year-old boy namely Jermaine Parish, the defendant, was identified as one of the four suspects after reviewing the security footage from the gas station where the shooting took place. The detectives of the case also looked through the suspect’s social media posts, where he uploaded an image of himself armed with the identical black micro AK-Style pistol with a tan foregrip as seen in the gas station security footage.

In addition to the investigator’s claims, they were familiar with the 17-year-old boy for having multiple custodial interviews with the defendant.

Criminal Offenses of Parish

Jermaine Parish, the Milwaukee shooting suspect, was arrested on July 12 when he was shot and wounded in another Milwaukee shooting near 22nd and Vliet.

Jermaine Parish faces three criminal offenses:

  • the possession of a firearm by adjudicated delinquent
  • attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and
  • disorderly conduct.

On July 21, Friday. Parish made his initial appearance in Milwaukee County Court with a cash bond set at $75,000.
