This happened between April and May 2021, and it affected patients, employees, and their families who worked with Nationwide Optometry, Nationwide Vision Center, and Sightcare.
The company didn’t do enough to keep their information safe, which is why this happened. Now, people who were affected can get some money back. The money they get will depend on how many people claim it. On average, each person will get around $50.
