Teens Arrested in Connection with Murder of 93-Year-Old Joanne Johnson
Local Schools Respond to Arrests as Community Seeks Answers
According to True Crime News, authorities in Augusta, Kansas have arrested two 14-year-olds in connection with the murder of 93-year-old Joanne Johnson. She was found dead in her home on September 3, 2023 after being killed sometime between September 2 and September 3. The case remained unsolved for nearly a year until the teenagers were arrested on August 15, 2024.
