Teenager Killed in Senseless Robbery Gone Wrong in Kent, Washington
Four young men are facing serious charges after a 13-year-old boy, Matthiew Stavkovy, was shot and killed in Kent, Washington. The suspects 20-year-old Diaviante Dunmore, 17-year-old Marsais Dunmore, 18-year-old Faysal Abdullahi, and 16-year-old Semarias Woods are accused of murder and robbery. They allegedly used a fake online post to meet up for a robbery at Turneky Park on July 16 where they planned to steal camera equipment, according to the report of Fox 13 Seattle.
Teen’s Life Cut Short in Senseless Robbery Gone Wrong
During the robbery, Matthiew and his sister tried to leave on an ATV when Marsais Dunmore believed to be the shooter allegedly shot Matthiew. Sadly, Matthiew died shortly after. The suspects fled together in a car showing they had planned the robbery in advance as police and court documents revealed.
Faysal Abdullahi who is said to have set up the robbery through an online account was arrested first. Marsais Dunmore, accused of pulling the trigger was caught later. Police also found a gun with another suspect that matched the bullets from the shooting. The community is devastated by Matthiew’s loss. The suspects will go to court soon facing serious charges for their actions.
