Seeking Answers – Frustration Grows as Lisa’s Stolen Car Found Miles Away
According to the report of Wave, in May, Lisa had a terrible surprise when her car was stolen from a Public Storage facility in Jeffersontown, Kentucky. Thieves took the motor, brake line, seats, and console from her car, leaving her with many questions. Even though her son had locked the storage unit, it was replaced with a lock from the facility. After waiting seven days for the facility to cut the new lock, Lisa found the unit empty with no sign of her car or any broken glass. Her insurance company told her the car was impounded on May 14, and the police report said it was found over 27 miles away in Valley Station.

Seeking Justice – Lisa Faces Frustration and Delays in Stolen Car Public Storage Facility Break-In Case
Lisa is very frustrated and looking for answers. She hasn’t been allowed to see the security footage from the storage facility, even though there are three cameras at the gate. The detective working on her case rarely calls her back, and Public Storage hasn’t responded to her attempts to contact them. With records showing at least five burglaries at the facility in the past year, Lisa believes her car’s theft was not random. She thinks someone knows more than they are saying and needs to be held responsible. Despite all her efforts, she is still in the dark and hoping for a breakthrough.
