New Apartment Complex in Avon to Provide Affordable Housing Solutions
According to the report of Hartford Courant, Avon, Connecticut, has approved a new apartment complex by Vessel Technologies to help more people find affordable homes. The project will have 64 apartments that are priced to be affordable for many families. It got approval from Avon’s planning and zoning commission, meaning they agreed it’s a good idea.

Avon’s New Affordable Housing Project to Feature Long-Term Affordability and Sustainable Design
The apartments will be built under a law that makes it easier to build affordable housing. Vessel plans to keep some apartments affordable for at least 40 years. The rest will be cheaper than normal so teachers and others with lower incomes can afford them. The design of the building is modern and will be built quickly to save money and help the environment.
