According to the article in ABC News, a group of judges spent two hours discussing whether to change the decision that put Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes in jail. Elizabeth Holmes was convicted for lying about a blood-testing scam. She’s serving an 11-year prison sentence. Even though Elizabeth Holmes wasn’t there, her parents and partner were in the courtroom. The judges didn’t show which way they were leaning on the decision.
