Non-Binary Teen Runaway Found with Parking Valet Faces Legal Charges

According to New York Post a 26-year-old parking valet, Christopher “Kio” Dizefalo, has been accused of engaging in unlawful sexual conduct with a 16-year-old minor who is the child of Slack co-founder Stewart Butterfield. Dizefalo faces additional charges including contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child stealing concerning the runaway incident involving the teenager.
In this situation a teenager who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns chose to leave their home because they were worried about their well-being. After they were reported missing they were found safe in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District, in the company of someone named Dizefalo in a parked van.
