Young Boy’s Startling Admission Raises Questions in Small Community
According to True Crime Daily, in a small town called Nixon, Texas a 10-year-old boy told the police about a murder case he admitted, he shot and killed a man while he was sleeping two years ago. The man, Brandon Rasberry was found dead in his trailer at Lazy J RV Park. The boy confessed a murder case to taking a gun from his grandfather’s car and shooting Rasberry once in the head. He said he didn’t know Rasberry and didn’t have any reason to hurt him.

Young Boy’s Murder Case Confession Shocks Texas Community
The boy’s murder case confession came after he was in trouble for threatening another student at school. When the principal talked to him he admitted to the murder case shooting. The police took him to a special place to talk more about what happened. He explained how he got the gun and shot Rasberry while he was sleeping. The police found the gun and confirmed it was the one used in the murder case shooting. Because the boy was only 7 years old when he did it he won’t go to jail for murder. Instead, he’ll get help for any problems he might have.
