Cousins’ Dispute Escalates into Violence, Resulting in Attempted Murder Charge
According to Local10.com in Key West early on Sunday a family feud happened in a house. One man got really hurt and the other guy got into big trouble. Elvis Genaro Savia-Mayorga 36 is accused of stabbing his cousin Juan Victor Artola-Diaz 37 two times in the back. They were arguing about someone possibly having to leave the house.

Violent Confrontation Highlights Perils of Domestic Disputes
When the police got there they saw a lot of blood. Artola-Diaz was hurt badly and taken to the hospital. Savia-Mayorga had blood on him too and the police arrested him. He says he was just defending himself but he’s facing serious charges. This situation shows how dangerous arguments can be especially when people live together. Even if they’re family or friends things can get out of hand. Now as Artola-Diaz fights for his life it’s clear we need better ways to solve problems peacefully.
