High-Speed Chase Ends in Delaware
From Bethany Beach to Rehoboth Beach, A Dramatic Chase
According to NBC Philadelphia, four teenagers are in trouble after leading police on a fast chase through Delaware on Saturday night. It all started when a silver Honda CRV ran away from Bethany Beach police around 7:21 p.m. State Troopers saw the suspects speeding on Coastal Highway shortly after but they stopped chasing because it wasn’t safe. Even though the stolen Honda kept going through Dewey Beach towards Rehoboth Beach the chase ended in a crash near Olive Avenue and the Boardwalk. All four teenagers are suspects who ran away from the crash but were caught near the Henlopen Hotel.

Serious Charges for Four Teenagers
During the investigation, police found a gun in the stolen car making the situation even more serious. Four teenagers are the suspects, who are a 17-year-old, two 15-year-olds, and a 14-year-old, got charged with having a gun running from the police having stolen stuff worth over $1500 and planning a crime together. Also, one of the 15-year-olds who was driving got in trouble for breaking traffic rules. The four teenagers are now in the Stevenson House Detention Center with bonds to wait for what happens next in court.
