Montana Tax Relief Property Programs
Accessible Support for Homeowners and Veterans
According to NBC MONTANA, Governor Gianforte’s office in Helena, Montana wants to remind people about two programs that can help with property Montana tax relief. One is called the Property Tax Assistance Program (PTAP). It’s for people who own homes and have a certain income. The other one is the Montana Disabled Veterans (MDV) Property Tax Assistant Program. This is for veterans who are 100% disabled or for their spouses if they’ve passed away or are also 100% disabled.

By reminding people before the April 15 deadline, they hope more will apply easing the financial burden for Montana residents.
