This means folks in Illinois have a chance to save more money which is really important for staying financially stable. Not everyone in America is good at saving money. Last year only 19% of people saved any money and 1 out of 5 didn’t save anything at all. But things might be better because people in Illinois‘ tax refunds get bigger and usually have more money to save each month.
