Shock and Sorrow in Washington, D.C. as Gun Violence Claims Life in Navy Yard
According to Metropolitan Police Washing D.C. early on Sunday something terrible happened in the Navy Yard area of Washington, D.C. Police rushed to a residential building after hearing reports of gunshots at 3:03 a.m. When they got there they found a 44-year-old man named Michael James Quander Jr., who had been shot and killed. It’s a sad and shocking situation for everyone involved.

Now the police are trying to figure out what happened. They’re working hard to understand the events that led to Quander’s death. The community is grieving and wants justice for Quander.
