According to Washington Examiner, the White House is against a new rule that stops most non-U.S. pride flag ban from flying above American embassies. This rule, part of a big spending bill signed by President Joe Biden, stops embassies from flying LGBT pride flag ban. The White House says it’s wrong to put this rule in the bill because it targets LGBTQI+ Americans, but it won’t stop LGBTQI+ people from being open at embassies or celebrating pride.
