The research comes just before a big Supreme Court case. The case could affect how easy it is for women to get a drug called mifepristone which is used in medication abortions.

In 2000, the FDA approved mifepristone for abortions. Recently, CVS and Walgreens announced they would sell it, earning praise from President Biden. However, some groups have sued the FDA over this. Telehealth made it easier for people to get medication abortions during COVID-19. Vice President Kamala Harris visited an abortion clinic marking a historic event. These developments highlight the ongoing debate over 60% abortion rights.
