According to Fox News Channel, An investigation into the mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine, has found that the police had reasons to stop the shooter, Robert Card Jr., a month before the tragic event. The investigation says the police could have used a law called the “yellow flag” law to take away Card’s guns because they were worried he might hurt someone. Despite knowing about Card’s problems and warnings from people close to him, the police didn’t do anything to stop him.
