If you’re from Idaho and qualify, you can get up to $120 per person a grocery credit refund. Seniors over 65 can even get $140. This is meant to help people who might struggle to afford food.

To get the grocery credit refund, fill out forms from Idaho’s Tax Commission. Seniors use Form 24, others use Form 40. Last year, around 100,000 people got grocery credit refund. This shows Idaho helps low-income folks by refunding grocery taxes making food more affordable, especially during tough times.
