Caught in possesion of Meth: Sentenced to 12 years in prison
A man in Panama City found guilty as charged for Meth Trafficking according to the crime report of Channel 7 News , Circuit Court Judge Brantley Clark sentenced Eldon Nix Jr. to 12 years in prison for having more than 28 grams of methamphetamine. Methamphetamine is illegal unless a physician prescribed it. According to Prosecutor Frank Sullivan during lawful search, Panama City Police Department found 38 grams of meth in Nix’s possession inside a black bag last July of 2022. Judge Clark also fined the defendant $100,000 under Florida’s enhanced drug trafficking laws, which also require the defendant to spend a minimum/mandatory 7 years in prison.

Other Meth Traffickers caugh in Panama City
A man caught three times in Panama City also for methamphetamine trafficking last July 2022. Graylin Joseph Patterson, was sentenced to 30 years in prison. The first time he was caught was having more than 14 grams of Methamphetamine. The second arrest was having 248 grams of methamphetamine. Prosecutor Frank Sullivan called three witnesses at trial and presented evidence proving the defendant was in the Bay County Jail June 13, 2022, after Bay County Sheriff’s Office Inv. Phillip Hill charged him with trafficking in Fentanyl.
