According to MyChesCo, senators John Fetterman and Sherrod Brown introduced a new law called the Food and Nutrition Delivery Safety Act to help Americans who get SNAP benefits and improve job conditions especially for gig workers in grocery stores. The Food and Nutrition Delivery Safety Act focuses on making sure workers at places that take SNAP give fair pay and benefits. Senator Fetterman who cares a lot about workers and SNAP benefits is leading this effort to make things better for Americans.
