Silent Response Raises Concerns for Woo-Kee Chop Suey Bar
The inspectors’ evaluation was unambiguous; it made clear that there was a need for major adjustments in the way food safety was managed, as well as in the upkeep and cleaning of the facility and its amenities. Despite this, food hygiene management was found to be “generally satisfactory,” providing a ray of light in an otherwise bleak assessment.
Upon being contacted for comment, Woo-Kee Chop Suey Bar stayed silent, failing to address concerns or answer questions. The takeout is asked to respond quickly and decisively to address the issues brought to light by the inspection, guaranteeing that the health and safety of its customers continue to be the priority while the community considers these findings.
