Eligible mothers may apply for the program in New York City, Rochester, or Buffalo, with varying payment amounts for each city. For instance, those qualifying for the Buffalo program will receive a one-time prenatal stipend of $1,125. Participants will receive $750 a month for the first 15 months and $375 a month for the remaining 21 months of the program.

Aside from financial assistance, The Bridge Project also connects participants with support services such as doula services, mental health counseling, and benefits counseling.
