According to Boston Herald, a Jamaica Plain Level 3 sex offender named Hector Acevedo got 22 years in federal jail for forcing a 13-year-old Ohio girl on probation to do sexual things online. Acevedo pleaded guilty to 12 counts of sexual assault on a child in 2018. He was likely to commit another crime. There was trade in child pornography and sexual slaves. After being on probation for five to seven years, he set his first Ohio goal on TikTok in May 2021.

Lack of Social Skills Led to Online Sexual Abuse

Acevedo first said he wasn’t involved, but later he said he did ask the girl for sexual pictures. Acevedo told the girl that if he broke up with her by text, he would take her somewhere her dad couldn’t find them. He said that Acevedo’s actions were caused by his lack of social skills and not by rape. Federal officials say Acevedo sexually abused children in a violent way. In his 2018 state case, Acevedo told the family of a 12-year-old girl that she would be hurt if she didn’t give him graphic pictures.
