Costco Cash Card restrictions apply. It cannot be used at Costco petrol stations or food courts. Cardloads are limited to $25, $50, $100, $250, and $500.
In addition to the “golden ticket” hack, non-members can use Costco services lawfully. They can use the pharmacy nationwide and make Costco optometrist appointments. Non-members over 21 can buy alcohol at Costco in some states.
The Instacart app lets non-members shop at Costco online without a membership or Shop Card. However, this may increase costs and delivery fees.
