Eligible and qualified residents in Alaska will receive an amount of $1,312 as part of the Permanent Fund Dividend from the state’s Department of Revenue.
$1,312 from Permanent Dividend Fund
Eligible residents in Alaska receive annual money from the state’s Permanent Fund Dividend. The source of funds is coming from the state’s income from oil and gas. The Department of Revenue said that each eligible resident in the state will receive an amount of up to $1,312.
In a published article in MARCA, they need to qualify as part of the 2023 Permanent Fund Dividend and also have not received any distributions to get the payments in the upcoming days. Those who are holding the status of “Eligible-Not Paid” have already received their payment before January 10, while those who did not yet receive their payments will receive their checks beginning January 18.

Department of Revenue Released a Statement
Alaska Department of Revenue Commissioner Adam Crum said in a statement, “The 2023 PFD marks the 42nd year Alaskans have received their share of the state’s natural resource wealth. I would like to thank our Permanent Fund Dividend Division for their tireless work year-round in administering the program and processing the applications.”
Furthermore, residents in Alaska can still continue to apply for Permanent Fund Dividend via paper application or online, until March 31, 2024.
