A suspect from an Indiana mass shooting that left one dead and 17 injured people has been taken into custody and charged with several felonies.
Weekend Shooting at a Street Party
According to AP News, a mass shooting occurred at a block party attended by many partygoers.
An owner of a business rented out space for events and hosted a party when the mass shooting took place. Police stated that the party with 500 and up to a thousand attendees had gotten out of control and was trying to convince the business owner to end the party and, therefore, not at the scene when the mass shooting had started at 1 a.m.
According to recent reports, 17 people have been wounded in the Indiana mass shooting. However, a 30-year-old man named Joseph E. Bonner III died at the large party due to the shooting.

Indiana Mass Shooting Suspect Has Been Arrested
According to CBS, a 36-year-old man was taken into custody two days after the shooting occurred. John L. Vance was charged with several felonies. However, the preliminary charges were not stated in the news release.
Deputy Mauncie Police Chief Melissa Criswell has stated that the evidence is currently being forwarded to Delaware County Prosecutor’s office for additional charges.
