An Oregon man kidnapped a woman from Seattle and brought her to his home where he locked her in a makeshift cinder block cell. During their trip, he allegedly pointed a laser and sexually assaulted repeatedly the woman.

The 29-year-old Oregon man, Negasi Zuberi, was accused of kidnapping a woman in Seattle. He saw the woman that night and pretending a law enforcement officer before he kidnapped the woman and brought the woman to his home.
On their way home, he allegedly pointed a laser at the woman and sexually assaulted her repeatedly. When they came home he chained the woman and locked her in the makeshift single-door cell in a garage. The woman was eager to survive and she banged the door in order to escape. A few hours later she was able to escape and flagged down a motorist who called 911.
Currently, he was faced several felony charges connected with the kidnapping last July 15. According to the article by Louis Casiano, the Oregon man was lived in different states since 2016.
